Heat cleaning furnace (also named carbide furnace and paint stripper
furnace)
Heat cleaning furnaces are a new type of special equipment to remove
rework parts on coating line and coat on racks. They are widely applied
to air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric fan, computer
and other household appliances as well as motor cycle, bicycle,
automobile, communication, steel furniture, aluminum sections, sports
apparatus, motor recycle and automobile engine maintenance and other
industries. The combination property is up to international advanced
level.
Principles of heat cleaning oven：
“Heat cleaning furnace” contains two relatively independent heating
systems and temperature and smoke control systems. In the first heating
system, furnace chamber is heated up to certain temperature. It is
control system that will automatically control atmosphere in furnace to
decompose gradually the coat on workpiece into gas. The control system
shall guarantee all along the rate of decomposition and concentration of
resolvent (gas) and control them in a certain range. When the resolvent
(gas) enters the secondary combustion system and is subject to
high-temperature processing and converted into CO2 and water before
being discharged. What are left in the furnace will be workpiece and few
powdery inorganic matters. Most of the powdery inorganic matters fall at
the bottom of furnace from workpiece. Little remains on workpiece will
peel off by just light striking or scrubbing.
